- At this time, no. The battery within the monitor is the only one provided and cannot be changed out due to the build of the device. - What type charging port does the parent unit have? We try to minimize device-specific charging cables, so I'm hoping this works with standard USB-C

- We have an HDS2 monitor and camera that's 3 years old. It's worked great for us, but recently the monitor's antenna broke and we're having another baby soon. Can we link our old camera to this monitor along with the one it comes with?
- Our cameras run on a closed-loop encrypted connection to avoid hacking attempts.With HDS2 cameras, you should only purchase HDS2 parent units, as those will be the only things that connect to one another.
